We highly recommend the use of our e-mail support system. This will enable us to track your request and guarantee the quality of our response: all e-mails are copied to our engineering staff worldwide. You can also include in your e-mails exported information from the FIELDPRO system to illustrate any problem or question that you may have, which will make it much easier for us to find the solution that you are looking for as quickly as possible.
Note: We support a twenty-four hour response, seven days a week. This means that you should receive a response to your request within twenty-four hours of our receiving it, no matter what day of the week or year. The response may include a description of a solution to your problem (detailed instructions), or it may include a set of questions to try to better understand your problem. The response may also indicate that the only way to solve the problem is with an update of the program, and the response will include an indication of when and where you will be able to obtain or download this update.
