Inventory Steps
- Inventory Step - number representing order of the frac step. You cannot change this number manually, but you can use Move Up and Move Down buttons to change the order of specific steps.
- Job Tag ID (Unique) - this is the unique job identifier. It is used to find corresponding Fieldpro Modules input file in Onsite application and also used to link inventory steps to specific Stimulation Simulation modules during import in Fieldpro.
- Job Start Date/Time (Handover to Frac) - start time of the real fracturing process
- Job End Date/Time (Handover to Wireline) - end time of the real fracturing process
- Inventory Step Date/Time - start time of the step which normally less or equal to Job Start Date/Time since require preparation activities / proppant delivery and organization steps

Proppant Summary
- Delivered - the sum of all incoming values before the end of step.
- Starting Total - the weight of proppant on start of step (the last incoming ticket of this step or first strapped ticket of this step if no one incoming ticket present).
- Ending Total - the weight of proppant on end of step (the last strapped ticket of this step).
- Used - the weight of proppant that was used (Starting Total - Ending Total).
- Lost - Lost on Ground/Hopper.
- Recovered - Recovered from Ground/Hopper.
- Prop. Pumped - the weight of proppant that was pumped (Used - Lost).
- Prior Frac Jobs - the weight of proppant that was used on previous jobs (on current well).
- Other Wells - the weight of proppant that was used on other wells jobs (Delivered - Starting Total - Prior Frac Jobs).
- Loads Remaining - shows how many jobs you have proppant (used ORIGINAL DESIGN).
Unit
- Bin - first row - shows weight of proppant in this bin at start of step.
- Bin - second row - shows weight of proppant in this bin at end of step.
- Bin - third row - shows proppant name.
- Capacity - shows capacity of unit (sum of capacity of bins).
- Start Total - shows weight of proppant in the unit at start of step (sum of Bin - first row).
- End Total - shows weight of proppant in the unit at end of step (sum of Bin - second row).
Totals by Job
Summary parameters below are related to selected proppant.
- Received Before Job - the sum of all incoming tickets and/or box runs before the job start date/time, when there are several steps with the same job number - all tickets and runs between the steps and all tickets and runs before the first step of this job numbers are used.
- Used Before Job - the sum of all straps used values within the same intervals / logic as above (using parent logic / not date).
- Strap At Job Start - amount of proppant available at job start calculated as received proppant minus used before proppant.
- Received During Job - sum of all incoming tickets or box runs with the date time between start and end of job (sum of all the stages for related job).
- Job Used (Strap) - sum of Proppant Used (from Straps) strap values during the job (sum of all the stages for related job).
- Inventory Step Used (Strap) - sum of Proppant Used (from Straps) - for the selected inventory step (not the full job)
- Strap At Job End - amount of proppant left after the job is finished; calculated as strap at start plus received during job minus used during job.
- Boxes On Site At Job Start - total of all of the boxes that have box runs that have NOT been strapped to zero (i.e. have non-zero proppant in them at this moment)!
- Boxes Incoming During Job - number of boxes that were run during the job (between start/end date/time) (sum of all the stages for related job).
- Incoming Tickets Count - this is the number of incoming tickets (boxes or units/bins) that were added during the job (between start/end date/time)(sum of all the stages for related job).
- Lost To Ground/Hopper - sum of Ground/Hopper straps for Job
- Lost To Ground/Hopper Before Job - sum of Ground/Hopper straps before the last job stage excluding stages with the job number
- Boxes Loaded Count - count of straps for the job (all stages with the same job number) having box container
- Available To Be Loaded - sum of Weight In Box values for all the boxes for all the steps related to specified job where selected proppant equal to current proppant.
- Total Capacity Volume - sum of all capacities of all the boxes and bins
- Total Capacity Weight - Total Capacity Volume multiplied by current proppant density.
Available in context of loaded inp file only (future development):
- Job Used (Model) = you don’t have to have this column in Onsite yet… we will figure out a way to read this from the input file and display it… in PHX, it should come from the linked stimulation simulation results
- Job Used (Schedule) = you don’t have to have this column in Onsite yet… we will figure out a way to read this from the input file and display it… in PHX, it should come from the linked stimulation simulation treatment schedule
